Sea Residences itself is a great place and has a good location, but unfortunately our experience with this particular unit was not pleasant. We will not be booking this unit again.

Very disappointing experience with this unit. The owner was rude, and the staff were not friendly or helpful. Whenever we had questions, they either did not respond or ignored our calls and messages. Customer service was very poor.

The location was walking distance from sm moa which is great, i just dont like the person who assist us so unfriendly and also the app say we just need to p pay 1300 but ang singil nya samin is 1500 for assisting fee daw wala man lang ininform ahead of time na may hidden charges.

it’s near to the mall and very accessible

small space and some things are broken inside the room like the balcony door where we got locked up and the kitchen isn’t that pleasing

Everything so messy . We enter the room there’s a lot of ashes of cigarette and cigarettes in the balcony. When Im about to take a shower because we’re rushing to go out .The towel and toiletries never set up. So I followed up it twice to the owner. If I didn’t call to them they will not give the basic needs .

The host and I agreed to my request of checking in late, around 9 pm to 11 pm. I called him a few minutes past 9 to say that we are on our way to the property. The host told me that he will advise his staff to meet me at the property lobby. At around 10 pm, we arrived at the property, and I called the host a few times, but to my dismay, no one was answering. The "staff" that he told me about was also not around to meet me. I tried calling the other contact details that the host provided, but still, no one answered. I think that I got scammed because an hour had already passed, but the host is still not responding to any of my calls and messages through different apps. I paid the reservation fee that the host demanded, but what did I get in return? Frustration! I was dead tired from the event that I attended, and was hoping to get a proper rest, but because of the host's negligence, I ended up leaving the property and had to find another hotel to stay in for the night. I did not even get a proper apology from them.
