Everything was pathetic, Including that guy from Fab hotels who called us to cancel booking.com booking. His name was Sreedhar He said just pay 4000/- rs to them directly and cancel booking.com booking which I had already booked. Saying he'll give me more discount. I didn't cancel until very last moment. But Sreedhar kept insisting and literally by 1am he kept calling to cancel booking.com hotel room booking and book directly with them. After that service was terrible.

One jackass who handled my case his full name I guess Sreedhar "MF". They'll ask you to cancel booking and after which things will never be the same.
