Traditional 3 bed town house

Property was clean. Felt nice and cosy. Access was easy via the key box. Location was great - 5minutes drive to town (shops) and conveniently located to major attractions.

Would have rated it excellent if it had an extra toilet. The pots and pans needs replacing, as they're badly scratched.

Quiet and lovely place to stay closed to activities in the area (loch ness,..)

It was close to the railway line and the shower was nice.

The property is very tired and appears to have a lack of general maintenance inside and out. The facilities were very limited for example only 6 mugs, plates, bowls etc. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable to the point that we had to clean throughout on our arrival. There was a list of do’s and don’ts both in the (not so) welcome book and a text message, telling us what we needed to do during our stay and when we left. We have always respected all properties we have holidayed in and didn’t think this was polite let alone a way of welcoming us to what we now think was a very expensive stay at a sub standard accommodation. We booked this as a special birthday trip for my husband and did mention this on our booking. We didn’t receive a welcome pack on arrival, all properties that we have stayed in over the last 15yrs have always left a small selection of local products, there wasn’t even a nod to the fact this was a special occasion. We are sorry to say that this property doesn’t deserve its ratings and very, very expensive for what it is!

This house was a perfect little place to stay for our family! We loved the styling, the comfy beds, awesome views out both sides of the house, and fab location for accessing everything.

Just the parking availability, but that seems to be the norm everywhere here.

Location was ok. Spacious. Warm, comfortable. owner was very responsive and helpful.

Toilet not flushing properly, ended up needing a plumber. Toilet seat broken. Only one toilet upstairs.
