Swimming pool was great although for some reason it was heated on some days and not others! It was clean and well maintained. Hot electric shower in room was good.

Breakfast first morning was delivered early when we were still in bed even though we had specified a time (lack of communication between staff for which they apologised) and it was cold, something Westerners struggle with! We arranged an alternative time and menu on the following days which they accepted and was fine. They never provided knives or spoons for eating pancit (noodles), only forks. The tap (faucet) in our washbasin sent out a thin but very strong jet which made washing hands a challenge as every time it was turned on, the water splashed everywhere. The TV did not seem to work. The AC made a loud repeated clicking noise when the fan moved from side to side so we chose the option for it to point in only one direction.

Cleanliness

Increase toilet paper provision perhaps? We stayed for 1 night and the room is good for 3 people but we had to share 1 roll of toilet paper.
