Ainoa selkeä plussa oli autohallipaikka, joka oli kätevä.

Valitettavasti majoituskokemus oli pettymys. Saapuminen oli hankalaa, sillä asunnolle pääsyyn liittyvät ohjeet olivat epäselvät ja saimme aluksi väärän ovikoodin. Jouduimme odottamaan oikeaa koodia myöhään illalla rappukäytävässä matkatavaroiden ja ruokaostosten kanssa. Majoituksen aikana hissi ei toiminut lainkaan, ja lisäksi putkista kuului kovaa ääntä, joka häiritsi oleskelua. Myös uloskirjautumiseen liittyvä viestintä oli sekavaa. Saimme ensin vahvistuksen, että voimme kirjautua ulos klo 17, sitten aikaa muutettiin klo 16:een, ja lopulta siivoojat saapuivat jo klo 14.45, jolloin meidän oli lähdettävä.

We have had a lovely stay, the balcony was our favorite

The apartment was very well presented, clean, tidy and perfect for a golf group of 4 individuals. 2 twin bedrooms each with a bathroom. The kitchen was ample for our needs and the living and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing after a day out. (We spent most of our time out on the balcony). Whilst we didn't get to use the complex pool it looked a decent size with sunloungers . There is a dedicated parking bay in a securely locked garage directly below the apartment. Shop and restaurants near by and a 10 minute drive into La Cala centre. The host was very responsive to messages both before and during the trip and kindly accommodated an early collection of the apartment keys. We used the apartment as a base to play golf in the local area and would recommend staying here if your looking to do the same.

Plumbing noises from ensuite bathroom, however the host did notify us of an issue before arrival.

L’emplacement

Le hote n’est pas present sur place et par consequent impossible d acceder a la residence au moment ou vous arrivez. Il faut attendre devant la porte sous le soleil et esperer qu’une personne sorte de la porte principale et vous ouvre. En suite une fois dans le logement, la propreté laisse a desirer. Presente des fourmilles, reste de cheveux, poussieres. C est inadmissible pour le prix proposé

The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of four. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace area. The pool and communal areas were excellent and well maintained. The complex was secure with an allocated underground parking spot.

The one thing that let the apartment down was the lack any beach equipment such as an umbrella and a couple of beach chairs. It would have been great to have had access to these and avoided paying for loungers and shade for the days we explored the beaches.
