CASA CANDRA (HOTEL BOUTIQUE)

Beautifully designed, large room with large bathroom, peaceful inside and out. Very comfortable king bed, nice linens and towels. Liked the kitchen facilities- this is much more than a hotel room.

Just a bit of road noise .. but it did not disturb me.

Given a ground floor room which I didn’t book. He didn’t seem to know any of my booking details then only after challenging this he admitted there were a problem with my booked room. He said I would have to wait until the following day to move and would upgrade to a top floor room and hesitantly gave a discount for the 1 night. -The noise in the upgraded room on the top floor were unbearable, had 2 sleepless nights and couldn’t wait to leave! Lots of loud traffic noise -the rooms aren’t well maintained, cracks on the floor and dirty marks on the walls. -No sound proof -roof leaking when it rains -Rust on kitchen ware -lots of construction in the vicinity- wood chips blown onto balcony. -No staff around at all -Need a code to enter through the gate, waited a while to be noticed

Very friendly staff, clean rooms with fully equipped facilities (kitchen & bathroom), AC and wifi work very well.

The hotel is located near a larger highway and it's quite noisy during the night. Staff kindly provided earplugs which helped but would not recommend this place for a sensitive sleeper. Location is a bit remote off the main road in San Pancho and a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is far when you are coming home at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Candra. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from check in to check out. They had a daily cleaning service which was lovely and provided clean drinking water. The hotel itself was quiet, very clean and beautiful!

The hotel is set close to a highway so you can hear the road traffic and trucks however they did provide ear plugs which was very considerate.

We travel alot I mean alot - all over the world to all kinds of accommodations from 4 Seasons to basic basic places We found this small hotel a very clean and comfortable space. Super attentive owner/operator keen to make every part of our trip great. Fully equipped kitchen, nice deck and just about the most comfortable bed ever. Two pools alway clean and a great common area arround them - we used everyday. Abundant bottled water for no charge and even coffee. No small issue was too much trouble for our host and our maid was also great. We really appreciated the non party vibe of the property consider this property at the top of your list

There is nothing to quibble about when factoring the low price. Sure the chairs could be luxurious and an elevator could take us up the 3 levels but not a big deal. Folks who need a silent room will need to reconsider as this property is fairly close to the main road & when trucks use their airbrakes its not quiet. We didn't use earplugs but they were provided at check-in

The kitchen facilities were great with fresh coffee. Easy to make our morning and evening meals then enjoy them on our private deck. Two pools available to cool off in.

The hotel is located in a residential area not far from Hwy 200. It is an easy walk over the rainbow bridge into town and down to the beach. Unfortunately the surf was stronger than expected so only waded in the ocean.
