Beach Court Ground Floor - Cosy Apartment with Sea Views

Location location location - it was lovely to park the car and not have to use it all week

This was our 2nd stay here. This time we came with 2 children and our senior dog. We love that we could bring the dog. We love the location of this apartment. Steps to saundersfoot beach and a short walk to the shops. The apartment is always clean and comfortable and has everything you require for a relaxing vacation. We had a lovely family dinner at the Harbour bar and the tramway Cafe is a must for breakfast! 😋

Unfortunately, on this trip, we had issues with the neighbors. Which is, of course, no fault of the host. There was construction going on upstairs, and as it is an older building and not soundproof, we did get annoyed by the loud drilling. Luckily, we were out of the apartment most of the days, and they stopped around the 5pm. We would still go back and recommend this flat to others. We just hope next time the construction is done. 😀

Clean with good facilities, close to beach. Quiet, with a comfortable bed.

This probably sounds quite minor but the wash hand basin in the bathroom is far too small to useful.

We love the home from home cosy feeling here every time we come back! Comfy settees, coffee machine, huge TV, big comfy bed...we even love The Lonely Tree in the massive rock blocking our view, it is part of the charm of this lovely apartment.

This time the gateway to the steps down to the beach was boarded up, along with many other accesses along the beach. We are unsure why and hope its just a seasonal thing.

Missing a corkscrew and wine glasses but that was easily rectified with a couple of shops within easy walking distance
