Apartamento Noguera Loft "B"

Нам понравилось все. Начиная от расположения. Куча магазинчиков, барчиков не для туристов, а для местных. Полное погружение. В квартире все необходимое есть, полотенца и белье - белоснежные. Владелец очень внимательный и всегда на связи. Спасибо. Приедем ещё .

Отсутствие посудомоечной машины. Нас четверо. И это просто ужасно мыть столько посуды в отпуске) Так же не было капсул для кофемашины и лишь 1 капсула для стиральной машины. Хотелось бы побольше на 5 дней, купили свои. Это все не критично.

Very nice apartment with all conveniences - perfect for a short stay with family.

The location is a bit away from the beach and harbor areas although with car or tram transportation was no issue.

Están todos los detalles de la decoración muy bien cuidados me encanto.

Solo para información, la pintura de una columna se esta empezando a levantar, seria una pena descuidadorlo. Por lo demás perfecto.

The apartment is fairly new, modern, well equipped. The two bathrooms were a bonus. Connections to the city centre and the beaches are good: the tramline is just behind the apartment and it takes around 15'/20' to be on the spot. Bus stops are a bit further but still pretty close. Grocery shops around and a new medium size supermarket Super Khas recently opened just across the tram stop. A Mercadona is located 10' walk away. Lots of local bars and cafes around.

The front door and one of the windows don't have blinds so light filters days and night through. The lack of a door in the second bedroom. Being on a ground level and close to two bars can generate noise during night time.

Generally well equipped apartment, modern, spacious. Tram, buses nearby that went to the city central. A Lidl supermarket is close.

Cleanliness was not perfect. Small things were missing from the kitchen, like sugar. The front door faced the street directly. There were 2 pubs nearby, so it happened one evening, that a guy with beer, smoking was sitting right in front of the door. No conflict though. Also last day, the drain was not going down properly, so part of the family could not take a shower. So was not totally happy with the stay. BTW the host apologized for this issue.

Clean, easy access, quietly,, everything as described. I'd love more place to keep stuff like bags and clothes

This appartment was perfect for us. A lot more space than seemed on the pictures and super modern, clean and comfortable!
