"Spacious apartment at reasonable prices for the area Host very quick to contact with access codes"

We booked late through work and the host Eamon was in contact within 20 minutes with our access codes and location details and parking suggestions. A good size standard layout apartment that's ideal for trades or work crews needing accommodation over night. Quite location within 5 minutes walk of 24 hour Asda . It has what you need for an overnight work trip , maybe not modern or cosy enough for a romantic night away but definitely a good enough standard for what we needed late at night. It could benefit from a light make over if you're fuzzy about Decor, but for one night it didn't matter to us what colour the walls were. Definitely on our work over night list for any trip to Gloucester.

The host was great- good communication, very responsive. The house it s ok, it needs a bit of attention here and there (bathroom floor for example). Overall it was a good experience! We might be back soon!

"Disappointing accommodation that was dirty"

The flat was not clean - old urine on wall behind toilet. Microwave and oven were dirty. Very tired looking- need repainting. Heater in bedroom was hanging off the wall and couldn’t be put in as bed was pushed up against it. Beds were comfy. No radiators in flat but there were heaters which we used as it was cold. Owner have tried to make it nice but needs redecorating and a good clean.
