RUОтличное расположение, до основных достопримечательностей ходили пешком. Рядом с квартирой - множество кафе и ресторанов. С парковкой проблем нет. Хозяин очень доброжелательный, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Есть стиральная машинка, микроволновка, посуда, санитарно-гигиенические принадлежности.
Путешественникам стоит учесть, что в квартире 2 спальни, одна из них - проходная. Кондиционеров два: в одной из спален и в кухне-гостиной.
RUКвартира большая и довольно удобная. Ремонт делался "для себя", но, похоже, давно; это ощущается. Расположена квартира очень неплохо, для тех, кто любит ходить пешком, можно дойти до основных туристических локаций. Частной парковки нет, но во дворе дома всегда были свободные места для автомобиля. Хозяин - прекрасный человек, подсказал, куда можно сходить, прислал ссылки на интересные локации.
На верхнем этаже живут веселые и активные дети, поэтому по утрам и вечерам вам скучать не придется, нравится вам или нет - будете вовлечены в игровой процесс. Горячая вода в квартире из электрического водонагревателя, который, судя по всему, подходит к завершению своего жизненного цикла. Если по-быстрому, то можно искупаться двоим. Но потом, чтобы нагреть новый объем воды, нужно ждать не менее 10 часов. В одной спальне нет затемняющих штор, зато есть металлический козырек над окном, по которому во время дождя гремят капли и заснуть без берушей может быть трудно.
RUОчень душевно и уютно, как к родственникам в гости приехали! Нас три человека, и это первая квартира, где это учли и не потеряли постель и полотенца для третьего гостя. А совсем в сердечке - на следующий день не было брони в апартаментах, поэтому нам предложили без доплаты пользоваться апартаментами! Мы выехали в итоге в 7 вечера, очень было удобно оставить вещи до поезда.

PLThe apartment is located in an elegant area in Samarkand. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a big park are within walking distance. The main attractions are easily accessible in a few minutes by taxi. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. We really enjoyed the comfortable sofas in the living room. The host was very attentive to all our needs, as a couple with two kids, and gave us useful advice. I highly recommend "Centro Parkside" to anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable stay in a beautiful place.

DEThe apartment is a nice choice if you travel in a good weather, otherwise it’s really hard to get some sleep in rainy nights because of a tin canopy above a window in the bedroom. Also mattresses were extremely hard, I’d say there are no mattresses at all - out backs were hurting pretty badly:/ However the apartment is very clean and very well located. The host met us on the train station at late evening which was really nice! So I would recommend to stay there during dry season.

SGThe apartment is an absolute gem. It is clean, cozy and has everything a traveller could possibly need. It is a good base for exploring the city, with a food street right opposite. Mr Sherzod is extremely hospitable and responsive and even recommended the best places in Samarqand to visit. We are definitely coming back for another stay!

GEIt is the perfect place to stay in Bukhara, close to the center and parks. Apartments are spacious and cozy. There is everything you may need, fresh renovation, big bathroom with huge bathtub and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Additionally, the host was so kind to meet us at the railway station and showed the surroundings. I highly recommend the apartments and the owner!
