INWe booked a 3BHK the night before but when we arrived the property was sold out. Apparently our booking came to them in the morning and it was sold out before that. But the property manager Satyam was very considerate. He gave us two 2BHK units from another property they had nearby. The two 2BHK units were very clean and comfortable. The ACs, water heaters, microwaves, refrigerators, televisions were all in sound order. We had a very comfortable stay.
Coming from the US we were surprised to get a very limited supply of toilet paper and towels. But when we asked for those we got extra. Extra towels should’ve been charged according to their rules but we weren’t. Satyam and the caretaker Arvind were both very friendly and took good care of us.

GBThe staff are very nice and helpful All rooms have an ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Garbage is taken out and floor is swept daily.
Half the building is under construction so constant drilling and hammering of the bedroom walls from early morning till evening make it impossible to nap or work during the day. Being on floor 2 was a nightmare due to the constant noise from the floor above. Electricity would frequently and randomly cut during the day which meant the internet also went down making online work impossible. No oven and hardly any kitchen utensils force you to either fry everything or eat out all the time. Extensive construction in the area means some of the roads leading to the apartment are often closed, making it a nightmare for taxis to navigate. The whole area is under construction as well as the building so it will be like this for a while. There is a lot of dust in the balcony where you hang the clothes to dry. We booked for 19 days and the noise was so unbearable, that we stayed elsewhere during the last 7 days.
