Tágas és remek elhelyezkedés.Mosó- és mosogatógép remek, hogy volt.

A tisztaság főleg a fürdő és Wc esetébén. Mikróhullámú sütő és kávéfőző, ruhaszárító hiányzott a komfort érzett növelése érdekében. Hűvősek voltak egyes szobák és helységek, pedig még nem is volt olyan hideg időjárás. A lefolyók el voltak dugúlva, alíg ment le a víz. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek voltak.

Jedynym plusem apartamentu była jego wielkość oraz ładny widok z balkonu.

Mieszkanie było brudne – pościel poplamiona, ręczniki nieświeże, a meble w złym stanie. Szczególnie zawiodło to, że kanapa i fotele znacząco różniły się od tych przedstawionych na zdjęciach – jeden fotel był nawet sklejony taśmą. W łazience znajdowały się przeterminowane kosmetyki, co dodatkowo potęgowało złe wrażenie. Do tego kuchenka co chwilę się wyłączała, co bardzo utrudniało korzystanie z niej.Niestety cała reszta sprawiła, że nie poleciłbym tego miejsca innym.Niestety pobyt w apartamencie okazał się dużym rozczarowaniem.
