The location of the property is simply excellent. You will be in the touch Mother Nature. The host is amazing and exceptionally helpful and very very friendly.

There is nothing to complain about except the hot shower could have been a bit more hot.

For those who want a disconnect from the hectic urban life, this is the perfect place to stay. Stand alone villas facing paddy fields with mountains as a backdrop immersed in the sounds of nature (my words, not ChatGPT!). Where to begin? Easy...the host! Thappeny! Such a delightful soul and makes you feel at home almost immediately. She gave us all the tips about ordering food via phone applications and also told us about the nearby places to visit. When she is not busy with her garden, she will tell us about her life experience and always sharing good vibes. Though we had checked out, she was kind enough to allow use the facilities after coming back from a sweaty bike ride. Breakfast was amazing as I had requested for a traditional northern thai menu instead of the standard american breakfast. The villas are fully equipped and spacious. You can bring your food stuff to cook as all utensils are available. It's nice to stay outside on the verandah and see the sun rise. There are some attractions that are accessible within cycling distance from the property including Poop Poop Paper, Bai Orchid & Butterfly Farm. Bicycle are available at the property.

The villa needed a fixer upper for cosmetic issues and in need of deep cleaning.

Calmness and serene view

Accessibility is extremely difficult with no two cars passing each other at the same time. The house is old and made up of wood so, dont be surprised or ghosted by spooky/creaky noises.
