Apartman studio Stari Grad 2

Very cosy apartment. Host was very friendly even though she didn't speak English. Everything worked well in apartment and nice little terrace on top. Good location for port and restaurants.

I think that if a property is being let to tourists, some of whom will be international, it is essential that the proprietor speaks some English for questions on arrival etc.

Accommodation is in great location, directly in historical city center and super close to St. Stephan church. Owner is really nice and super helpful and hospitable. The beds were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the small terrace on the top of the building which also contributed to great experience in Stari Grad town so we definitely recommend.

The one room apartment was self contained with what you need on holiday. We were on the top floor (2nd), accessed via a spiral staircase (above the 1st floor apartment), which was also the access to the roof terrace. Tip: don't bring big sized luggage because you will have to carry it up the spiral staircase! On arrival, the host was pleasant, though I never saw this lady again; an older lady [mother and daughter?] lived in the ground floor apartment, who was very pleasant.

We happened to stay during a hot spell, when the overnight temperature was not below 28 degrees centigrade. In the apartment, it felt a few degrees more. However, to my surprise, I was told that the air conditioning could not be used between 22:00 and 07:00.

The host was wonderful. She let us check in 2 hours earlier that it was planned. She made us pancakes and was very helpful overall. The apartmant was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Definitely would recommend.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, very close to the town center. The host was super nice and accommodating, we could leave our bags with her before the check in time. Overall a great value for the money.

Everything excellent!

The apartment was perfect. It had everything, a well equipped kitchen, enough space,a lot natural light and good natural ventilation. The thing we loved most was the small rooftop terrace were we saw the sunset every night! It was gorgeous! The apartment was situated in the old centre and was close to every town attraction. The host were really nice. They took our luggages earlier than the check in time and also got the apartment ready two hours before check in. Also at the end of our stay, they woke up really early for us to check out. This apartment was everything we needed for the holiday!
