La Casona de la Ronda Hotel Boutique

We stayed at the Casona for a total of 4 nights before and between tours to the Galapagos and the Amazon, and loved the hotel! It is a beautifully restored mansion with lovely ambiance and great murals on the interior walls and light wells. Everything about the hotel is excellent; the staff are great, the rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is good with eggs cooked to order and a good range of fresh fruit and there is a lovely communal lounge area where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and cake. The location of the hotel is very convenient as all of the main sights of Quito’s Historic Center are within easy walking distance. An excellent hotel and great value!

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was large, the hotel is beautiful as well as full of character and charm, the staff are very helpful and the facilities excellent. Very highly recommended.

Centrally located in Old Town and within easy reach of attractions. Hotel was well appointed and the staff were excellent. Little touches like complimentary tea and cakes in afternoon and free chocolate tasting was an added and unexpected bonus.

Great hotel in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast was very average. Additionally we pre organised a walking tour with the hotel prior to arriving and they had no knowledge of this.

The place is BEAUTIFUL and the staff bends over backwards to make your stay perfect.
