Arrivi nei dintorni di Nizza e spuntano dolci ma robuste colline a mostrare orgogliose i motivi geometrici delle vigne vestite del colore della stagione. In questo angolo di mondo, tra imperituri mattoni rossi ed insegne di antichi commerci, il passato ed il presente si fondono in un equilibro di valori e attività umana. I vignaioli nobilitano la forza e l'intensità della barbera ed i profumi di chardonnay e pinot nero aggiungendo la leggerezza delle bollicine. Quasi una metafora dell'essenza della vita. Villa Adelaide è un'antica casa di mattoni rossi, aggiornata con gusto raffinato ma discreto, dove i proprietari custodiscono i valori di questa terra e, nella sue cantine, l'essenza della vita.

Ein wunderbarer Ort! Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Das alte Haus ist sehr liebevoll saniert und die Hotelzimmer laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist herrlich ruhig! Das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen! Nur ganz frische Lebensmittel von bester Qualität kamen auf den Tisch. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage! Der Wein ist übrigens auch ganz hervorragend!

Es fehlen nur Mückennetze. Aber das ist wirklich nur ganz untergeordnet!

"A slice of heaven in the Italian countryside that I would surely re-visit if in the area."

Wonderful accommodations that far exceeded our groups expectations. The grounds were pristine and the pool was a great treat with the warm weather. Breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurts, etc. This was the most extensive breakfast spread I have ever seen at a bed and breakfast.

We didn’t get help with our bags upstairs which was fine because we had men in the group to help but if it was a girls trip it would have been more challenging. Also they are very strict with the breakfast end time of 10am which was tough since we were there for an international wedding.
