Es todo lo que dice -- realmente all inclusive, con muchísimas opciones de comida, drinks, etc. , personal siempre muy amable. Cuarto limpio, tranquilo, bonito, nos funcionó muy bien.

Dentro de la propuesta, todo es casi perfecto. Pero hay que entender las limitaciones naturales: puede llenar-se, para ir a la ciudad es necesario pedir taxi, las ollas estaban un poquito fuertes para niños cuando estuvimos -- disfrutamos mucho de las albercas. Las empresas que ofrecen paseos en el hotel son buenas pero esperabamos más. Sugiero buscar paseos online. También sería bueno si hubiera alguien apoyando a recibirnos/encontrar camastros en el area de la alberca, todo es muy "self-service".

The staff, the food, the entertainment, and the views. So many things to do and see. I couldn't have asked for a better place

No elevators. Not just for us but the staff as well. Granted, there are only 3 floors, but for guests and staff having to take their luggage and cleaning supplies up 3 floors is a bit much.

The communication and understanding across the board from arrival to departure was spectacular.

Perhaps the fact that my room was facing a neighboring construction project across. I wish I had a more clear view of the water and etc.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Kamers werden goed schoongemaakt.
