Mostly helpful staff at all hours

Had to ask a few times to get my room cleaned Thin walls, heard the neighbours engaging in ‘grown up’ activities almost every night

Clean, great space organisation, all appliances you need, lot of storage space, great and comfortable bed

price / quality; hotel looks new; hotel position - city center; size of appartment; free parking;

Our first-floor room was more than spacious it was actually two rooms. We had a cozy bedroom and a large living room, giving us plenty of space to relax and spread out. One of the best things about this hotel is the secure parking spot in the closed yard. Inside, we had everything we needed: comfy sofa, work table, reliable Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs. The table for 5-6 people was great for meals, and the big fridge was handy. Best of all was the enclosed terrace, perfect for relaxing, even during curfew. Plus, the central location near restaurants, Novus supermarket, and OKWine store was ideal.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant overall, but we found it lacking in some amenities essential for a longer stay, such as a teapot or microwave. There is a stove, but no microwave! What we can't explain - is why the door to the terrace is missing in the living room (it is in the bedroom for some reason).
