The only positive aspects of this hotel were the breakfast, which was good and varied, and the location, which is convenient and well connected.

The reception was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. A receptionist named Stella was by far the worst: every time we asked a question, she looked at us as if we were bothering her. There was no basic courtesy at all. The male receptionists didn’t even return greetings. Overall, the reception team was incompetent, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in helping guests. The hotel itself is dirty, and the swimming pool does not invite you to swim at all — it was very dirty and poorly maintained. Regarding the airport transfer, the information provided is misleading. They claim that airport transportation is included, but this is false. They only pick you up; they do not take you to the airport. On top of that, the transfer is only free if you leave a good review beforehand. Otherwise, they charge you. This practice is ridiculous and unacceptable. Everything about this hotel was bad. I do not recommend it at all. It felt like a scam, and the worst part by far was the reception staff and their attitude.

Gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage, Service auch in Ordnung

Betten sehr hart, sehr hellhörige Wände, demnach teilweise relativ laut. Duschrollo leider sehr durchsichtig.

They have my number to a driver and they didn’t say it. I asked for a big bed and I got two small beds. The laundry was very expensive. The breakfast was bad . And the location was bad.

Proximity to beach

It was not clean. The swimming pool is not safe to use! The water had thibng growing in. In 4 days we stayed it was under maintenance twice, we saw green jelly fornations floating in the entire pool. Please put clorine and deep cleaning. Breakfast area is also very dirty, beds very unconfortable, staff not very useful and disorganised.

Reklamerer med fitness og der er ikke noget i rummet, der virker. Der er 2 defekte løbebånd. Hvoraf det ene virkede sidste år. På booking reklameres der for fri afhentning i lufthavnen, men før ankomst fik vi en meddelelse om at den kun var gratis, hvis vi før afgang kunne vise en positiv anmeldelse. Vi valgte selv at betale vores transport. Hotellet er blevet for dyrt
