Fenns Cozy Apartment - Nyali

Self catering apartment, within walking distance of Nyali center and city mall, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. Good location in Nyali, little far off the beach but easily reachable by car or tuktuk. We booked the whole apartment for four people. Communication with the management was spot on and Anne helped us with some pizza delivery problems and to get an early morning transfer to Mombasa terminus. We also got to check in early which was nice.

One day the pool was closed even earlier than it was supposed to and for some reason they seem to close the pools in Kenya by 6 pm anyway for cleaning. Do not understand why, but this is Africa :) Lack of a/c: you can get a portable a/c for 600KSH a day though. But it would be a good improvement to have permanent a/c in the bedrooms. Note that the fourth bedroom is not in the apartment, but it is an independent unit outside the apartment. Smaller that the other bedrooms, so we did not use it at all.

The apartment was best fit for me and my grandma we had the best experience and we were both impressed

I loved the friendly staff in the property;Ruth and Mercy were exceptional. They were not only kind but also very proffesional. The apartment is also top notch;a good place to unwind especially with family.Security was on point. It's very close to the mall and the beach. I definitely recommend this to anyone 💯💯💯.
