"Calitate- preț = echitabil"

Proprietate situată intr -o zonă foarte liniștită a Bucureștiului. Deși este cu vedere la strada principală , acest lucru nu este un incovenient, deoarece este foarte bine antifonat . Ajungi ieftin cu Boltul atât în centrul vechi cât și în alte zone turistice. La parterul blocului găsești magazine.

"Για ένα βράδυ μόνο αλλά όλα καλά."

Μείναμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ λόγω αλλαγής πτήσης αλλά όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άψογη. Η τοποθεσία αρκετά κεντρική και η γειτονιά ήσυχη.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι αργούσε να έρθει το ζεστό νερό στο ντους. Δεν έχω κανένα άλλο παράπονο.

"De evitat ! Mai ales pentru a pastra sanatatea fizica si psihica"

pozitionarea centrala

lipsa curateniei in tot apartamentul (praf, firimituri, perdele patate, vesela lipicioasa, chiuvete mizerabile = dezastru), wi-fi lipsa (dupa sesizarea noastra, s-a achitat factura si a functionat), firma care se ocupa de apartament nu raspunde la telefon decat prin mesaje si doar la ce subiecte ii convin.

Location ottima, zona strategica, essendo al quinto piano anche se affaccia alla strada principale, molto silenziosa.sotto casa hai 3 shop and go per spesa e tanti ristoranti, andando spesso a bucharest, ci ritornerò penso ad aprile

Apartamentul arata bine.

Nu exista posibilitatea de a contacta administratorii proprietatii. Nu raspunde nimeni la mesajele lasate pe Booking si nici la telefon.
