Adi's Apartment on the beach

Der Gastgeber Adi war immer für uns da und hat auf alle unsere Wünsche reagiert. Wir sind spät angereist und er hatte sogar ungefragt für uns eingekauft, so dass wir am nächsten Morgen etwas zu Essen und zu trinken hatten. In dem Apartment war wirklich alles vorhanden, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Für die Strände gab es gute Tipps und sogar Sonnenschirme. Und nicht zu vergessen: Vielen lieben Dank an Adi für das super schnelle Vorbeibringen meiner Sachen zum Flughafen, die ich vergessen habe. Das war Gastfreundschaft, wie man sie selten erlebt. Vielen Dank!

Everything was wonderful! Reality exceeded our expectations: - the apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable - the apartment is very well maintained - it's clear that the host is responsible and attentive in preparing the place for each guest - everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided - the beds were comfortable - there is an air conditioner in every room - the host bought a brand-new baby crib and a high chair, which was incredibly thoughtful - the inner courtyard is spacious, with two sun loungers, an outdoor shower, greenery, curtains, and sunshades; it was very convenient to have breakfast at the outdoor table - there is a convenient parking spot right in the yard Adi, the host, is a very responsible owner. He answered all our questions, recommended good places to eat and nearby supermarkets. He checked in on how we were doing and was overall a very considerate host. In the kitchen, Adi had prepared a supply of drinking water for us (many bottles of purchased water), spaghetti, oatmeal, cheese, milk, eggs, kefir, sausages, and other groceries, which was very pleasant and convenient upon our arrival. We can wholeheartedly recommend Adi and his apartment to anyone looking to have a great vacation without any issues related to accommodation or comfort.

Our time at Adi's apartement in April was great, its location next to the beach is just fantastic and Adi is a wonderful host. On top of that Barbati offers a nice choice of convenience stores, restaurants and bakeries.

Everything about this apartment was just perfect. It is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host is friendly and welcoming and also the location is amazing. We will be back to Barbati for sure! Make sure you hire a car so that you can explore the beauty of this island. There is a private driveway to park on. You will have a great stay. We were a couple so didn't use the second room but you can live here comfortably as a family.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in Barbati, largely due to this fantastic apartment and having Adi a host. Even though our flight was delayed, he met us at the apartment late at night and explained how everything worked and gave us the key. He left us a generous amount of food as we had arrived so late with our 2 children, which was unexpected and very kind. Adi was in touch throughout our stay, offering help and advice with taxis and trips. He is a thoroughly lovely person, it was a pleasure to meet him. The apartment itself is way bigger than it appears in the photos and has everything you can think of. It is literally over the road from the beach. There are 3 beach bars open until 6, one is open later. The beach bar at the end of the road has a swimming pool open to those renting a lounger, which was lovely and right next to the sea. The food there was great too, big portions! Multiple restaurants on the main road above who all do takeaway plus a great little shop, the Joy supermarket. You can even get them to deliver if you download the app to save yourself walking up and down with packs of water. I honestly couldn't recommend more it as a place to stay. Thank you Adi!

Very convenient location for the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Adi is a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble.

A wonderful choice for a holiday in Barbati. The house is located in a gated community right on the coast of the Ionian Sea, surrounded by olive trees. We were greeted by a wonderful host who made sure we had great fruits, drinks, and snacks for the morning as we arrived late in the evening. Adi told us in detail and showed us everything in the house. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: beds with perfect mattresses, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a microwave, a stove, fine dishes, and bed linen, each room has air conditioning, a parking space, and a small, very well-groomed, cozy garden. The most important thing is perfect cleanliness everywhere. The owner has provided everything for you to relax and not think about household trifles - everything is in the house. Even when there were problems with water in Barbati, our host had a tank with a large supply of water for this case, and we did not feel any discomfort. At any moment, Adi was in touch and was ready to help in any matter. We felt really at home. We hope to come to Adi next year.

It has been great , Adi is really the best host my friends and I had, very available all the time, he really treated us as guests and friends, he also provided us with a full fridge and breakfast, truly remarkable. The last day we decided to offer him breakfast as we really bonded with him. Best host ever !
