Food was not bad staff at the front desk helpful Animation team were good

The beach was not clean no drinks available or snacks on beach no animation team at the beach or activities , pools needs maintenance

Very bad hotel

1- room is dirty 2- dust is everywhere 3- food is bad 4- Aqua park is broken 5- pool is dirty 6- AC does not work

It is very old hotel with bad support , food is not good .

1- AC does not work most of the time 2- Elevator is broken most of the time 3- Aqua park is broken 4- they give you only 2 towels even if you are 3 person . 5- food is dirty . 6- dusts are everywhere 7- bad cleaning 8- cigarettes and nails are found on swimming pool .

Nothing big zero

1. The food was disaster 2. The room was dirty 3. The aqua park was broke down 4. No AC at all the hotel ( except the room the AC was ok) 5. The elevator need to be fixed
