Apartment was nicely situated and had a excelent view.

Cleaning staff came to late in the afternoon. They didn't clean 2ce as they arrived when I had arrived at 16:30.

The location and security of the apartment was great

The apartment did not have very good ventilation besides the front and balcony door. The apartment interior was a bit outdated. The balcony was not very clean.

"Beautiful place but this issue of keys is just not ok"

The fact that you have to collect keys from a far location is inconvenient. The reason the host gave is not professional. They should have keys at the property either they send someone to handover or make a plan that's why they are called hosts not bosses
