2 Bedroom apartment in Brean

The apartment is fantastic. Really well equipped with everything you will need for a short break or a longer holiday. Matteo has done a great job with setting the apartment up for guests. His communication is excellent too. Ideally located in a quieter area of Brean but with easy access to it's facilities and the beaches. I hope to come back again.

Matt was great at communicating. He came out to change the battery on the Smart Lock. Excellent location in Brean centre with the gorgeous dog friendly beach 5 minutes walk. Pubs, shop, takeaway & breakfast cafe all nearby. Dog friendly and dogs stay for free. Spotlessly clean. Dishwasher & Washing machine. Bed lovely and comfy but was a tad too soft for me as I like hard mattresses but was still comfortable. Easy to find with great instructions & a free parking space directly outside. Bed linen & crockery are lovely as is the decor & furniture. Very well kitted out. Smart TV in each room with Netflix etc. Good WiFi. Warm & cosy & heating is controllable. Shower pressure & warm water was good. We will return as Matt is a fab host, the apartment is beautiful & fantastic location & much better value & much more comfortable than the mobile homes/static caravans in the area.

Smart Lock on door was a bit of a Faff as the battery was low. I'd prefer a normal key & maybe 2 keys for 2 people. Write down the door code on a piece of paper in case your phone battery goes down. No balcony, terrace or outside space to sit out on especially in good weather with a coffee. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Booking process was a bit of a faff with verification needed - it took a few goes. They take £100 deposit which I totally get as the apartment is beautiful. Shower needs grab handle & bathmat. A lot of lights of electrical items on at night which we covered up.

Was very clean and when we had trouble with the heating mat came straight out to fix it

The place which is a bar all week was ok until Saturday night came the music was to loud and didn't finish until early hour of the morning so beware

It is really lovely modern apartment in a fantastic location for private access to the beach.

Spacious hot shower comfortable bed fridge freezer

Wardrobe door fell off and hit my partner on the head when we first went in. Reported to owner who was aware of the issue. Neighbours don't like vans on site made up their own parking fine and attached to windscreen to get us to move. E.mail address was ficticious.... what can I say we aren't stupid!!! Reported to owner who was great and said he would sort..

My mother has dementia and having a door code meant mum could just walk out. That made the property unsafe and an accident possible It also made mum uncomfortable and might of been the reason she refused to stay longer than one night. Otherwise the flat was beautiful just not suitable for our requirements.

The apartment was very modern, made you feel like you were at home. Clean throughout and everything you need. Matt was a great host. Even let us check in a little earlier. 5 minute walk to beach which our dog loved

Very minor criticism but the position of the shower was a little awkward. But wouldn't stop me going back for another stay
