New renovated Marbella Mija House - Puerto Banus quiet and green oasis

Komplettes Haus mit zusätzlicher Wohnung; sehr angenehme Betten; tolle Lage; zwei Pools UND Terrasse; super sauber; und eine ganz aufmerksame + herzliche Vermieterin.

Da gab es nichts; es war MEGA.

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr schön. Wir haben mit der Familie schöne Tage im Haus verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlichst empfangen. Alles super gepflegt, top Ausstattung, sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt sehr viele Pools zur mit zur Nutzung. Sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage. Wir kommen gerne wiedersehen. Beata aus Deutschland.

We were not able to view the entire property that I booked, as the host had decided to occupy two bedrooms with her sons. What we saw was fine, modern and well-equipped. We only stayed one night as there were not enough beds for us. The advertised "free airport shuttle" was Melanie herself in a convertible BMW (room for 3 people and one case!) and the six of us arrived after 10pm.

The host, Melanie, was delusional, oblivious to complaint and downright rude, expecting us to simply accept that she had decided to occupy two of the five bedrooms for which I'd paid. The property is advertised as a six bedroom house but it is not - it has at most 5 bedrooms. One ground-level bedroom has no curtains and is viewable from outside, the a/c in the master bedroom didn't work (despite the host's insistence that it was functional immediately before our arrival), and the TV and other facilities were off-limits. Melanie even confirmed that she had booked part of the house out to other guests later in the week! This location would have been perfect but there were six of us and only four beds! The whole situation was ludicrous, with Melanie in denial of the major issues - I contacted booking.com and arranged to leave immediately. In many years of using rental properties, I have never come across someone who simply could not listen to reason. I booked and paid for a relaxing holiday and we wasted two days trying to sort out alternative accommodation. (On looking further, it appears that previous reviews are from Melanie herself and from her friends, who never actually stayed). This is at best a complete scam and at worst, fraud. Pure and simple. Avoid at all costs.

I loved our stay at Mija House. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The newly renovated house is equipped with everything you need for your stay and was very clean. We loved the pool and the host was amazing. We will definitely come back again.
