Fantastic room at super fantastic value! The aircon worked well, the room was fab. This is great considering we were there at the hottest time of year. The rooftop pool open all hours was really a deluxe experience!

Well, we were there over Cambodian new year, so services were minimal, no rooftop bar or hairdressers etc. Wish I'd known beforehand. I guess it's to be expected but I was disappointed by that as really looked forward to using the facilities! The staff tried their utmost to be helpful and friendly, but honestly management need to train them more to understand the local amenities that tourists might want. It's not always easy especially during new year! But this would have helped make for a smoother stay.
