Note: We are not responsible if the access fails for not following the steps indicated in the announcement. - Self check-in from 17:00 to 21:00 h. In-person check-in is also possible (subject to availability and prior request). - A link for mandatory hotel registration (required by law) will be sent. Supplements: - Late arrival: arrivals after 21:00 h, a supplement of €30 + VAT (€36.30) will apply, regardless of whether the check-in is in person or self-check-in. - Early check-in: arrivals before 17:00 h , a supplement of €20 + VAT (€24.20) will apply (subject to availability and prior request). - Late check-out: departures after 11:00 , a supplement of €20 + VAT (€24.20) will apply (subject to availability and prior request). Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any losses. Lost keys: - A charge of €100 will apply for each set of lost keys. Check-out time: - Delays without prior notice will incur a supplement of €50 per hour. No smoking: - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for noncompliance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
