Hidden charges for 'potential damage'.

Proximity to the biggest streets/shops in Windsor is great. Having a washing machine is a nice benefit over hotels.

The entrance to property is pretty unappealing (thrash piliing up, people milling around, unplugged security camera, etc), the fan was broken during a heat wave - so we had to buy one while waiting for the property to bring one. Couldn’t sleep most of the time we were there between the heat and the loud business in the property below (pouring out glass recycling in the middle of the night/slamming trash cans/etc). Stained ceilings, unsafe bathtub for older people, smelly stairwell, etc. Not great value for the money, but the owners will hopefully improve things for future guests (doesn’t help me though).

It was close to the town.

The entrance was appalling! Smelly rubbish bins attracting loads of flies, which came up the stairs with us. Really unpleasant. The flat was OK but the windows were filthy.

Clean, well decorated and spacious apartment right in the heart of Windsor. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Easy access and checkout via lockbox.

There is a security deposit which isn't mentioned before booking. You either pay a couple of hundred which would be returned after your stay or you pay a non refundable 25 pounds which is what I did because i couldnt afford the refundable deposit. This feels really unfair!

Great place to stay, will surely come back, amazing location, comfortable house, friendly host and super comfortable bed just like a cloud, really clean all new and fresh, all necessary and some extra appliances, good job!

The location is good.

The heater in the bedroom did not work well. Size of the property is much smaller than the described 1076 ft² size.
