Stayed for 3 nights in January. Host was excellent with communications/door codes etc and even let us check in early. Apartment is in a small gated safe complex overlooking the pool and bar area. The balcony gets the sun most of the day which could get too hot in summer but there is a retractable roof on the pergola if shade is required. The bedroom is on the back of the apartment with Mountain Views which is nice and quiet and cool. Very comfortable stay and beach towels and clips a bonus

Nothing however the pool on the complex was rather cold being January (no fault of the host)

"Relaxing reset to the year!"

Just returned from the three weeks stay. The apartment had everything I needed, along with a big, comfortable bed. Beach, towels, change of bed linen and lots of bathroom towels. The balcony has the Sun all day, bus stop and beach a few minutes away in different directions! Great stay!

The pool is not heated however, I was very brave and jumped in several times! On occasions I walked around to the Nautilus and had a swim there so all good!

"Short stay"

Excellent communications, instructions on how to access the apartment, the complementary bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The room was well equipped Inc a european charger, iron, beach towels n clips the location was only minutes from were we wanted it. Would use it again.

Not a lot to report. Maybe add the complex name as the taxi driver couldn't find it initially using Casa Clara

Such a lovely, clean, comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need. Newly refurbished, good quality furniture, comfortable bed. Great location and a super friendly helpful host. I've already got my next trip booked 😎

Lovely hostess, room had everything I needed, microwave, fridge, plenty of cutlery, bathroom had shower gel too, balcony was great to sit on an evening and watch the planes landing at the airport, matagorda is a lovely quiet, beautiful area, highly recommend 👍
