Modern clean and comfortable 👌 close to town and petrol station very good location

There was no coffee/milk available and parking was tricky on our arrival, went round the block twice as was a one way street not a big deal tho - we enjoyed our stay

I liked the interior of the place and the bed was comfy and the bedrooms were so very cute especially having a bathroom on the bedroom levels

Unfortunately I was unable to cancel my accommodation or get a refund due to having an unfortunate sudden death we had to attend elsewhere. but if we did cancel and someone rebooked it we would have gotten a refund on the nights they did book, but it was not guaranteed to get it rebooked. So we decided to keep it and i slept in it for 1 night and my friends used it a few other nights. I booked intially for 3 people and 3 beds and was only informed 1 day before check in that the 3rd "bed" was in fact an air mattress.. wasn't very happy with that as it was never stated and I was under the impression that there were 3 beds The parking was out on the streets and it was hard to get a decent park or a park at all. The place isn't soundproof as it was stated by Host. It's very close to a night club that goes off all night long and can hear people on the streets all night long. No outdoor seating for you to just chill outside. The rubbish bin they provided was tinny as, it wouldn't be big enough for a full days of normal general rubbish. No bathroom down stairs u have to go upstairs to go toilet. Would have been good if they had a dryer on wet and cold days to dry my washed clothing. Though they provide a drying rack for the dishes you can't use it as there's no space on the bench to use. The place looked clean to the naked eye but as soon as you started to settle in you could see some flaws. There were cigarette buts left in the outdoor part and some nuts and crumbs around the couches and under them. The coasters weren't wiped either. As some of these things maybe minor but are important when you are spending alot of money on accommodation.

The property was located in an industrial area which also had bars and clubs close by. It was extremely noisy at night and the accommodation was not soundproof as advertised. Additionally when the booking was made the property inclusions listed one parking spot per unit. This was not the case and it was first in first serve street parking which was extremely difficult on week days and nights. The property was three levels with bedrooms and bathrooms located on first and second floors. Very small kitchen and living area on ground floor. No outdoor furniture.

The property itself is stunning. I can imagine it would get very hot and unbearable in warmer weather; the only air con is the unit in the living area. It is a well equipped, brand new property and was well stocked with toiletries and other amenities for washing clothes.

Don’t advertise it as free parking when it’s street parking which you have to fight for. It is not secure and this part really annoyed me about this listing. There is no bath despite it being listed as being a facility that is available. There are no cooking amenities such as oil, salt, pepper. We bought our own and left it there for the next guests.

Brand new, great easy location. Found easy parking on main road 200mtrs away.

Only down fall. Wouldn't stay in summer, no aircon and with the super sunny spot but no air flow. Was super hot at night even in November. Could do with outdoor furniture. Nothing to do with cafe, however the cafe /pub next door was not that great, eat there twice and don't rate it.

The house is new, with basic amenities and furniture, but I'm still speechless about the parking space and the noise at night

We went to participate in the competition this time. We were close to the competition site, but we had a lot of competition equipment and supplies, so we rented a car. However, when we arrived, we found that there was no parking space. We had to park on the roadside, which was very inconvenient. It was mainly a one-way street. Sometimes we had to go around for a long time to find a parking space. It was terrible. We were competing and needed a good sleep, but this road was full of bars and DJs, it was so noisy at night, it was quiet at 12pm, the whole building was shaking.
