The location and home are quite nice. Central and very clean and impeccable condition.

The plumbing. 1. Master shower never consistently provided warm water. It was unusable. 2. Third Floor bedroom shower doesn't have enough water pressure to work. So, had to take baths each day and my sister and brother in law, who were in master, had to take baths in my third floor suite.

"Wonderful newly renovated home in the heart of San Miguel"

Amazing home - beautifully renovated and furnished. Perfect balance of modern yet historic (e.g., kept old doors and beams). Layout is nice spread across 3 floors which provides privacy for a family members or multiple couples. We've rented a number of homes in San Miguel and this was by far the best. We will definitely rent it again!

Nothing major. Like other parts of centro, the walk for older folks can be hilly (particularly the street behind the house), and there can be a bit of noise between 7-10p from the restaurant across the street (which is a delicious seafood taco place that you should definitely eat at!)

The living room is not very welcoming, the furniture is not as good as the rest of the house.
