New, clean with private parking. I would came again. We spend few days waiting for cruise ship from naples. There is also nice beach.

"what a wonderful and peaceful place !"

Very nice villa, with confortable rooms, and big and confortable beds. Close to the beach and easy to go around to different touristic objectives. Each apartment has a small kitchen, with everything. Very clean. The host was very nice and helpful. He let us to checkin sooner, he gives us some bottles of water and a free package for our first breakfast. A lot of good advices and recommendations, very useful. We’ll be back again ,next year.

A pool will be nice ! Maybe next year ?!

"A Gem on the way to Calabria"

This establishment is new , everything works perfect and the place has provided us also with a coffe machine , small paestries , water and juices , which make us believe they attend the details and take care of their guests. We were recieved by its owner who showed great sympathy and was helpful when needed. This place was a gem in our way to our trip to south Italy and we wouldnt hesitate to come back. Thanks for the stay, It is totally worth the money. PS: They also have an exterior part where to sit and relax which we couldnt used since we must leave early on the morning.

We were 4 Persons and it was a bit tight of space. Other than that the establishment is still fantastic.

"The best holiday place in Italian Campagna"

Rosario was extremely nice and helpful. He showed us the best beach and restaurant nerby. He helped us to book a table. He did the best to make our stay perfect. He stayed in touch with us during our stay. The house is new, modern and wonderful. The apartment is very clean, cosy and comfortable. Beds in bedroom are very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and nice. We had everything we needed. Each apartment has a private garden table. Guests can park cars in the private car park just outside the house so your car is safe during whole stay. Wonderful beach, nice bars and restaurants are very close. Cliento outlet shopping centre is only few minutes by car. It was one of the best place we have ever stayed!
