The size of the apartment and the location

The fact that you could hear ever footstep from upstairs at time was quite noisy

Lovely and clean ,great area , the owner was really helpful. Close to town.

Good location, very comfortable beds but only doubles, very tight space either side of the bed in second bedroom.

Outside lighting wasn’t working, did report this but not resolved. En-suite shower very small. Shower in the main bathroom had shower door missing. Decor was tired, paint peeling off the walls and all paintwork in need of attention. Only one Prosecco flute and mis-matched crockery.

The location was great the apartment was tastefully furnished and comfortable.

We had to phone up to get the door code and were sent to the wrong appointment which was quite stressful as we couldn't get hold of the host at one point. There was a leaking drain pipe that led to noisy rain falling outside the bedroom on both nights waking us up at 2am. The main lounge area did not get warm and could benefit from an additional heater

The property was lovely and a great location. It was a perfect base for our stay in Liverpool and we would stay again if visiting.

The shower hose had a clip to stop it falling and therefore didn't have the flexibly for use of the hose.

The apartment had everything we needed. The location was great. About a 10 minute walk to the pedestrianised shopping area. Having two bathrooms was a plus when 4 people were staying.

The bed in the second bedroom was very small.

Beautiful building. Some problems with the water. Sorted quickly the next day and lots of apologies.

First night we stayed in an alternative accommodation because of the problem with the water. Very small room at the Blackburn Arms but the pub and staff were amazing.

The apartment was adorable. A beautiful spot to hang out in, easy to get to, to get into and to get around from. It is below level basement but did not feel underground. Light-filled, cozy and well appointed. Tasteful, comfortable roomy for three+ and large enough to have had a surprise of numerous friends sitting comfortably for an evening. Close to universities (steps from LIPA) absolutely loved it. Friendly host nearby if anything was needed.
