Despite the announcement and the confirmation of our apartment saying that there is a roof terrace, we had to find out that there is no access to it from our apartment. The owner acknowledged that she regularly receives complaints about this, but said there’s nothing she can do about it and did not offer any solution, so we didn’t get what we paid for.

We loved the terrace and convenient location! Staff was extremely helpful when we locked our key inside the apartment.

Difficulty getting in upon arrival because we had no WiFi connection and did not know how to get it. No on met us at property.

Lovely lady allowed me to check in early as I had just come off a cruise ship. Excellent communication throughout my stay. The apartment was very clean and everything worked. A more traditional style stay with a lively roof terrace. Highly recommended.
