3 Zimmer Apartment nahe Science Park und Ulm City Center

Location was excellent. Close proximity to the old town and train station. Apartment was comfortable and cosy. Big thanks to the wonderful and helpful hosts.

A great place with lots of space and a nice big balcony to have meals outside. Comfortable beds and nice bathtub.

For us it was in a good location to get to where we needed to be

When you've been travelling for a while and when you get to the apartment it would have been nice to see a welcome pack, telling you WiFi instructions, milk in the fridge for a cuppa or something and more importantly toiletries to freshen up, I don't think you can count hand sanitizer in the bathroom to wash hands etc with as toiletries and it did say there would be toiletries,

The location was excellent. There was lots of space. Room decor in lounge and bedrooms was very smart. Convenient for train station.

Unfortunately no toiletries were left and the balcony furniture and floor hadn't been cleaned.

This was one of the better properties that we have stayed at. We were allowed to check-in early, which saved us having to store our bags at the train station. We got several good suggestions about things to do in Ulm from the property staff. The restaurant recommendations were great. There was a close park at which the kids could play. The property is close to the train station, city center, and public transportation. There were two balconies, one of which was setup for sitting out on an eating/having a drink.

There was no washing machine available in the property, and laundromat was about a one kilometer walk away. There was an elevator on the property, but the elevator did not stop of the floor with the apartment. The elevator saves you a few flights of stairs but not all flights of stairs.
