"Commanding views over Brutalist Utopia"

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The craftsmanship of the remodel is superb. Everything was thought out with precision. Communication was effortless.

I wish the common spaces in the historic building were completed. Hopefully, they ultimately get remodeled with the same attention to detail as the apartment.
