Tbilisian Yard - City Center

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Spacious, clean, and very stylish, you can see the attention to detail that went into its design. Located between the train station and Fabrika, but in a very quiet area. It has everything you need. The owner and the lovely lady we met are very pleasant people, and there were no communication issues. I recommend it to everyone, and if I go back there, I will definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close enough to all the major attractions and public transport. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated in Georgian folk form, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the apartment—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond. I especially enjoyed the porch, which was a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.
