"Very Good"

Location - view of bay and St Ives. Excellent parking. Spacious living room and lovely sitting out area.

The main bathroom was not properly cleaned. Odd damp smell.

"Nice apartment in Carbis bay which is our favourite location."

Location on ground floor was excellent with a patio overlooking the Sea and bay. The apartment was spacious and well fitted out

The apartment could do with better cleaning - crumbs on sofa etc. Also sofa is a little tired . Also a smell damp. There were condensation crystal units around to try and catch moisture and there appeared to be water coming from UNDER the tiles in the bathroom. We had to buy a air freshener
