Bem localizado na cidade. Fácil acesso. Disponibilidade de estacionamento nas proximidades. Boas instalações. Casa limpa. Possui uma cozinha bem funcional. Ar condicionado permitindo compensar as altas temperaturas do exterior. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos donos para resolução de todas as intercorrências.

Sofá-cama poderia ser mais confortável. Para famílias de maiores dimensões (que 4 pessoas) pode não ser uma opção. Menor acesso para pessoas com limitações físicas (dado ser um segundo andar e não haver elevador).
