#Location is excellent, easy to obtain daily needs of or essentials. # Easy Accesible & convenient meeting point. # Friendly ppls.

# Difficult to obtain or buy early b/fast though shopping mall is on location. Entrance doors do not open till 0930 0r 1000hrs with eating places doing business @ 1000 hr. # Access to the car park lots sign indication rather miss leading with sign for Viva suite 1 or 4 at entrance point. suggest to state clearly. # Suggest installing shower curtain @ bath area to avoid wet floor and slippage issue.

Cosy and clean apartment, conveniently located on top of shopping mall. About 15 min from Kuching city centre and waterfront.

Finding the allocated parking if you rented a car is not easy. Contact the owner if can’t find the parking lot.

The beds were really big and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was nice. The host was very responsive to our queries. Location was convenient as it was right above vivacity mall. Would stay here again.

All facilities are complete if you bring toddler and with few more paxs. This unit has it all - washing machine, water dispenser, fridge etc. We had issue with WiFi but Mr Teo was super helpful in making sure its working !

Perhaps a bit difficult to find the parking but again, Mr Teo was very responsive to call and msg.
