Review / Complaint Draft We arrived later than expected for check-in, and when I called the owner, he was annoyed and told us not to bother coming, saying someone named Gabriela would meet us instead. The hosts all live on the property grounds, which made the situation uncomfortable. Upon arrival, the accommodation was in unacceptable condition. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, dirty and rusty kitchen appliances, stained and old furniture, marks on the walls, and a half-filled, musty pool. The property grounds were cluttered with mop heads and garden tools scattered around. My daughter was so upset by the state of the place that she cried when she saw it. We only stayed two nights — sleeping in our clothes and not showering — while searching for alternative accommodation. It was a disgusting and stressful start to our holiday. While searching for other options, I noticed that this property was being advertised under different names, though the actual business name is Escape. Overall, this was a very disappointing and distressing experience. Even though the price was low, it was not worth the stress and discomfort. I do not recommend this property.
