"Very inconvenient stay with lack of many basic necessity facilities,1st and last stay with this unit"

Other than cleanliness, nothong else impress me

1. Poor Customer Service. Not proactive and responsive enough when handling pre check in. 2. Property meant for 8 person but only 1 key was provided, not realistic for property meant for 8 person 3. All rooms do not have place/hook to hang clothes, understood that space is limited fora wardrobe but at least to provide a hook behind the door to hang clothes 4. Toilet don't even have towel hook/rack to hang 5. Showerhead in one of the toilet is broken and not replaced 6. There's no Shower Curtain to prevent water splashing all over the rest of the Toilet area 7. TV in living for display as WiFi unable to connect, rendering unable to watch anything, even as basic as YouTube 8. Lack of place to place personal belongings in the Bedrooms. Only 1 small table in 2 of the 3 rooms and it's occupied by 1 Table Lamp. basically limited space to put anything other than 1 mobile phone 9. Only provide water filtration system and kettle, do not have water dispenser to dispense hot/cold water 10. Upon check-out there's not even a response from Customer Service acknowledging that Guest has checked and provide further details. Need to follow-up with the Customer Service on the status. 11. Only when Business Opportunity, Customer Service are very responsive, e.g. enquire about paying for Additional Car Park, Customer Service responded in less than 10 minutes, other than that basically unresponsive.

Strategic location. You can drive to Kinta City or Ipoh Parade in less than 15 minutes. Mamak is just around the corner. Our unit was in 21st floor, the city view was awesome. Sadly we didn't have time to try out the facilities: gym and pool.

The parking lot! Sharp turning and so many pillars. It will be great if you can provide a big mirror in the living room area.
