Amazing modern apartment, free WIFI, international TV and VoD, center of Las Americas

Todo estaba bastante nuevo y limpio, muy agradable. Posición muy buena para ver el mar y cerca de los supermercados.

El unico detalle que podría ser incómodo es que en el baño hay una luz automatica, muy blanca, que por la noche te despierta 100%, por lo que teníamos que bajar el contador de la luz para que no se encendiera. Nada más.

This appartment offers a great way how to stay in the vibrant south west of the island. Cozy and comfortable, the nice experience is further improved by the hospitality of the hosts.

Clean place, great location. Never used a lot of the kitchen equipment but at a glance seemed well equipped. The pool was quiet and clean but not a lot of sunbeds. There was one in the apartment but 2 of us were staying so not really that helpful. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hangers in wardrobe. Nice to have a washing machine. Hosts were pleasant.

The building is grubby and tired. It really put us off when we arrived thinking what had we done. It seems mostly residential and we were really worried, but once you get over that it’s fine. There was some noise on a few evenings but not anything the hosts could do. It would have been nice to have white bedding or even bedding that matched and some more bathroom towels which were also quite old. Charging for the safe rental felt a little mean. Never paid before for a private rental safe. We were asked for £200 cash on arrival for security which we paid but were hesitant. It’s in the terms but not clear what if anything would be deducted etc for a broken glass. However, we did get the cash back no problem at checkout. There is no air con. No issue for us as feb was quite cold at night but in the summer months we would struggle.

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Golden Mile. Apartment was very comfortable. Beds were great. Balcony was perfect. Close to supermarket and nightlife. Hosts were very friendly and easily contacted. They brought us back to the airport which was fantastic. The building is a bit old and uninteresting but the apartment itself has been renovated and is lovely. We really enjoyed our 20 nights here and would highly recommend it. Looking forward to a return visit.
