EKOSTAY Luxe - Oceanic Villa

We all love this property as its located in front of the Ocean. Nicely designed property. Very well maintained property. Caretaker is helpful and friendly. Bedroom, bathroom was clean. The wow feeling was bedroom setup, private pool, and sea-facing balconies were highlighted as standout features. We had nice stay.

Location is top notch… cleanliness is superb… staff also good…good vibes all around

In food everything shd be pre ordered otherwise u cant expect much as all restaurants are 10 kms away from location… advised to keep in house kitchen services..

The property location is right on the beach which was great. The bungalow is really good. Bedrooms, terrace were amazing. We found a great cook - Sadhana who lives really close by. This wasn't offered by the villa but we enquired and found out by ourselves. She cooked us the best meal.

Kitchen was very dirty. The plate cabinets had a lot of dirt inside. Too many cockroaches - even inside fridge. Water in bathroom is salty. Even drinking water had an odd taste. I recommend carrying bisleri Pool floor have wires that you can see and also feel under your feet which is quite freaky. We asked him to switch off the pool lights to feel safer. Bathrooms didn't have body wash etc kept. Many power cuts during the day hence the AC wasn't working. Water tanker was empty many times and we had to inform the staff that there was no water. In general staff wasn't very proactive. i don't recommend ordering from their restaurant that they insist. We thought the food was very expensive and not great. The table tennis and other games are unkept and dusty. I think with a better investment on maintenance all issues can be easily sorted by management.

Hands down this is one of the best properties in Alibaug and one which is actually on the beach. The villa is well maintained and has many amenities making it perfect for us. We liked how the caretaker was so calm and helpful throughout the stay.

A fabulous experience with this group, everything was smooth and we were assisted with everything that we required. Our caretaker took great care of us and provide for us. Also do not forget to opt for their delicious food.

There is no heater in bedrooms.
