Sehr zentrale Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Cafeteria und Restaurants direkt in der Straße.

Trotz angekündigten späten Check in war der Betreiber vor Ort leider nicht mehr erreichbar. Vorab verlief die Kommunikation reibungslos. Wenn wir nicht zufällig Leute getroffen hätten die gerade in die Unterkunft rein wollten, hätten wir die Nacht vor der Tür verbringen müssen.

Excellently located close to Politeama theater, and only 15 minutes walking from the historic city center. The main area is quite vivid and safe with many restaurants and cafes. The room was quite big and recently renovated. The bathroom wad spacious and luminous. Airco was properly functioning and therefore we could survive the heatwave. The rooms are located on the first floor and are easily accessible via stairs or elevator. The dining space and the common areas are as well freshly painted and pleasant. We were daily asked for our room to be cleaned, and we could leave our luggage in the lobby for some time after the check out.

Breakfast was less than basic. Although we were served coffee on the spot, and the croissants provided were delicious, the food itself was not something special for this price. A bit of refreshment and alternation on the breakfast menu is strongly recommended.

Location was very central, staff helpful with recommendations. The coffee at the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was really unhealthy, only white bread and a lot of sweet cakes. Sugary juice. Some yoghurts but not at all like the pictures, no eggs/cooked food/whole grain bread/fruit etc. Room smelled really bad like bad breath, felt like there was problems with moist/Mold. No filter on the AC that was placed right next to the bed on floor level, only some rooms had AC higher up. Shower quite disgusting as pipes were blocked and water came up the drainage. No personal check in, and impossible to get hold of on WhatsApp and via phone. Ended up having to stand outside over 1 hour until a neighbour hostel came by and helped us check in. Would recommend staying with another hotel in the building :)
