Staying at this villa was truly a five star deluxe experience. I’ve stayed in many top tier hotels around the world, but this place genuinely felt like a royal suite not just a room or an apartment. The design, cleanliness, and attention to detail were absolutely world class. Every corner of the villa exuded luxury and comfort. The host was outstanding incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Always checking in (without being intrusive) to make sure everything was perfect or if I needed anything. It felt like having a private concierge on call. If you’re looking for a place that gives you the feeling of exclusivity, elegance, and peace of mind look no further. This is way more than just accommodation it’s an experience.

This little villa is very cute, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Host was responsive. If you plan on visiting the ruins of the Ostia seaport, the location can't be beat. Only 5 minutes by car. Also, very close to airport, about a 12 minute drive.

There is really nothing within walking distance from the house so you do need to drive.

The property was very clean and very conveniently located — close to the airport, Ostia, and cultural sites. The host added many thoughtful touches to make the house feel welcoming. There was a coffee machine with coffee provided, a toy waiting next to my child’s bed, cold water in the fridge, and the aircon was switched on before our arrival, making it wonderfully comfortable after the heat in Rome. Collecting the keys was easy, and the host communicated very well and politely throughout.

All was good.

Our host was excellent. Very responsive and willing to help with any questions. Patio was a nice extra. Two bathrooms was a plus. Appreciated the cold water waiting in the fridge.

The second bedroom was really tight. It was difficult to walk around the bed to get to the dresser. Rearranging the room could help. Also, the fold out in the living room was already set up as a bed when we arrived. It might be better to leave it in the regular position and let the guests decide if they need it as a bed. (We didn't, so it was a little inconvenient to return it to its position as a couch.)

Great place to stay if you are coming into FCO Rome Airport late and renting a car, and need a clean, quiet place to stay! Also great place to stay if you want to see Ostia Antica site. Was very clean, convenient, and comfortable! Has easy to access free parking.

We had a nice stay, very clean and comfortable property.

There were too many air fresheners in the property. I started coughing shortly after arriving and had to take ten of them outside to the patio. The property was so clean that it didn’t need all of those chemicals inside the unit.
