La ubicación es excelente. Las vistas hablan por sí solas.

Salgo el desayuno, la oferta gastronómica es normal tirando a mala, y cara. Mucho personal pero que no se avalaran entre ellos y se traduce en un servicio lento e ineficaz. Personal en general muy apático.

Le lieu, le service, le resto tout est fantastique ! Et la vue est à couper le souffle ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

The glamping concept is unique to Bali and it is set at the most beautiful location! ARNA had everything we needed and the staff were lovely. The food at the beach club/restaurant was 10/10 but could sometimes take a little while!

There were quite a few mosquitoes that made their way into our tent, but the staff rectified that a couple nights into our stay by putting a deterrent in the room.

Der Pool und die Bar war auch für Gäste außerhalb des Hotels geöffnet. Meistens kamen Gruppen die sehr laut und störend waren.

Schöne Anlage am Fuße der Insel mit atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Bucht und infonity Pool. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es halt uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen ist eher westlich geprägt was okay ist. Man findet eine herum viele Restaurants die eher lokales Essen anbieten. Das Frühstück hat uns besonders gefallen. Die Unterkunft hat uns mit dem Transport geholfen und einen Roller für den Aufenthalt organisiert.

Lediglich der Pool könnte etwas sauberer sein, was aber vermutlich am Regen lag.

They need to provide more shade around the day beds, they are in full sun all day with no umbrella’s or shade from trees.
