"Not as expected and poor"

despite being told we could check in earlier, the keys were not available and we had to call to ask them to be brought to us.

on arrival, the entrance was full of pigeon poo. the lift wasn't working. the blinds in the bedroom were broken, so couldn't change in bedroom as opposite building could see in. apartment smelt. no where to hang clothes. other bedroom, one of the twin beds was poor mattress to the point that you couldn't sleep on as it had no support and you were lying on the bed base. all in all poor

"Amazing stay and would definitely stay again."

The property was very clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom in the bedroom had a weird smell to it once the shower had been used and we didn’t know how to turn the balcony lights on.
