"Gem of a place, most wonderful hosts and walking distance to several beaches as well as centro storico."

More lovely than pictures. New, minimalistic, super clean and steps from beaches on foot. Super well equipped. The owners, Giuseppe and Tiziana are wonderful, responsive and genuinely nice people.

The accommodation is brand new, close to Porto Nero and Porto Rosso beaches. air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher. a nice gift is a bottle of wine and local sweets. The host is exceptionally kind and helpful

this is not a negative, just a help. The accommodation is between the roundabout and the beach, the new white houses. ground floor. attached picture of the gate and the exact location
